We collect from a few small, local farms in the North Stonington area such as Zichichi Farm, Soeltl Farm, Hen of the Woods Farm, etc. These are what we get for our family, and sooo much yummier than a grocery store egg.
Always laid within a few days of delivery, not sitting in a refrigerated store-room for weeks like grovery store eggs.
